Generator On/Off

Macro: Gen

This control is at the top of the main Generator dialog.

When Generator On/Off is active, all selected signal outputs are active. If neither Left nor Right output is active, this button can't be toggled on; instead, the message line will show 'Select Left and/or Right Generator channel'.

If an output is active but no corresponding Stream for that output is active, the output is zero volts.

This control is mirrored by the toolbar Generator button; toggling either one also toggles the other. You can always access the toolbar Generator button, using the mouse or ALT+G, even if the Generator On/Off button is not visible.

Macro Notes:

Gen=1 turns the Generator on, Gen=0 turns it off, and Gen=x toggles between the two states.
