Macro: TrigMode=Norm

Normal trigger mode, just like that mode on an oscilloscope, will wait forever for the signal to cross the specified trigger Level with the specified Slope. However, unlike many scopes, it will show 'TRIG WAIT' on the frozen prior trace if the wait is more than about one second. To break out of a wait for a trigger that doesn't arrive, you can either toggle Trigger off, or adjust your experiment, or change the trigger parameters. You could hit Auto or Auto Level to view the current signal, then set a new trigger Level based upon that.

Note that the wait message is not shown in Single trigger mode, nor during Spectrograms.
