It is the user's responsibility to determine the suitability of Daqarta for any given purpose. Interstellar Research will gladly provide assistance in this determination, but since user actions are beyond its control, ultimate responsibility must fall to the user.

INTERSTELLAR RESEARCH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES PERTAINING TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL INTERSTELLAR RESEARCH BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, PROPERTY, OR HUMAN LIFE) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF INTERSTELLAR RESEARCH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, and shall inure to the benefit of Interstellar Research. Any action brought by either party against the other arising out of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Washtenaw County, Michigan, USA. The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
