Macro: VoltRef

This option is only available in Voltmeter dB mode. When you activate dB Ref, the current dB value at the moment of activation becomes the new reference value and the display immediately shows 0 dB. You can reset the reference value at any time by toggling dB Ref off and back on again.

The reference value remains in effect if you toggle to other modes, though it does nothing in those modes. When you return to dB mode it will still be in effect.

Note that if you exit Daqarta with dB Ref active, the reference value will be retained for the next session.

Macro Notes:

VoltRef=1 activates dB Ref mode and causes the current dB value to become the reference. VoltRef=0 exits and VoltRef=x toggles dB Ref mode.
