Macro Step

Controls: Options Menu >> Macro Dialog >> Step

Steps through a multiple-command macro one command at a time. You may hit Step instead of Run if you want to step through the macro from the start, or you may hit Step after you have Halted a running macro.

When you hit Step, the current macro command is shown on the line below this control. If the command is longer than will fit on the line, the right end is truncated to fit.

After each Step, the macro is automatically Halted. You can then hit Step again to proceed through the remainder of the macro, or toggle Halt off to resume normal full-speed macro operation, or hit Cancel to abort it.
