Macro: PlayFrom

Selects the starting sample to be used from the Play file. This allows you to start your original recording a little early to make sure you get everything, and then skip the initial lag time when you use it as a Play file. Or you may have several repetitions of a sound, and you can use this to select different ones for your test.

The Play file will cycle from this point to the Play To point.

The Units control (below the following 'To' control) allows you enter the starting point in samples or seconds.

Macro Notes:

L.1.PlayFrom=100 will set the Left Stream 1 Play From sample at 100 if the Units control is set to Smpls. If Units is sec, Play From will be set 100 seconds from the start of the file. If the file is shorter than that, Play From will be limited to one sample less than the file size.

This command will be ignored if there is no Play file loaded.
