Clicking this menu option will open your default Web browser to Daqarta's version check page, which will show your current version and the latest version. If they are the same, it will show "You have the latest version", otherwise it will show "A newer version is available" with "Free download" and "Revision History" links.

Alternatively, instead of this manual check you can use the Auto-Update Check option in the Edit Menu - Start Preferences dialog to check silently each time Daqarta starts, and only notify you if there is a newer version.
