Trigger Slope Controls: Trigger Dialog >> Slope
For Trigger modes other than Gen Sync (namely Auto, Auto Level, or Normal), this control works together with Trigger Level to specify the desired trigger trigger point on either the rising (Pos) or falling (Neg) portion of the signal. This control is disabled in Gen Sync mode because all trigger functions are determined by the Sync system of the Generator. Macro Notes: TrigSlope=Pos or TrigSlope=0 sets Trigger Slope to Positive, TrigSlope=Neg or TrigSlope=1 sets it to Negative. TrigSlope=x toggles the current state. Note that if you test TrigSlope with an IF statement, you must use the numeric form: IF.TrigSlope=0. (But you can use variables or expressions for the value.)
